While purchasing a few items at Safeway yesterday, I noticed that Safeway now carries shelf stable Coffeemate liquid creamer and it was priced at 2/$3 (through March)
Pay 50¢
Please note that this creamer is not in the refrigerated section but rather in the aisle next to the powder creamers
It is a new product so it may not be at all Safeway stores yet
