Sam's Club will be offering free screenings on Saturday, 5/11 from 11a.m. - 3 p.m.

Health screenings offered:

• Weight/Height
• Body Mass Index
• Cortisol (Stress Levels)
• DermaScan (select locations)
• Blood Pressure
• Vision Screening/Testing

Details: Screening types and quantities may vary by state and club. Limited quantities available. Membership not required. Screenings only available in clubs with a Pharmacy. Vision screening/testing is only available in clubs with an Optical Center; may vary by location and is subject to state laws.

• Total Cholesterol
• Glucose
• Dental Tabs
• Vision

Screening types and quantities may vary by club. Limited quantities available.

Screenings only available in clubs with a Pharmacy. Membership not required. Vision 

screening/testing is only available in clubs with an Optical Center, may vary by location and 

is subject to state laws. These take-home tablets use color to identify areas where brushing

can be improved.
