Rewards Programs & Email Subscriptions: Coupons, Freebies and MORE

 
 
 
 
These are just a few of the offers and coupons I have received in the past 2 weeks from various retailers/companies for signing up for their rewards programs or emails

Hopefully most of you are signed up for some of these and received them as well
If you haven't, it's not too late to do so

Below I have listed a few of the rewards programs & grocery store 
email subscriptions that I am signed up for
There are hundreds if not thousands of companies that offer rewards incentives, coupons or samples when you sign up for their emails, programs or "like" their Facebook page

It's important to note that not everyone will receive the same offers as some incentives are offered based on shopping habits or other specific criteria
 
Looking for offers on a specific brand, retailer or restaurant?
 
Start off by going to the company's website to sign up for emails/programs/coupons
If you don't see anything on their website, try their Facebook or Twitter page
If you still can't find what you're looking for, try emailing them or hand writing a letter to find out if they have a rewards program or if they offer coupons/samples

 TIP: Get an email address that's only for couponing purposes this way your personal email doesn't get bombarded with emails from various subscriptions
