Sam's Club will be offering free screenings on Saturday, 5/11 from 11a.m. - 3 p.m.
Health screenings offered:
- Weight/Height
- Body Mass Index
- Cortisol (Stress Levels)
- DermaScan (select locations)
- Blood Pressure
- Vision Screening/Testing
Details: Screening
types and quantities may vary by state and club. Limited quantities
available. Membership not required. Screenings only available in clubs
with a Pharmacy. Vision screening/testing is only available in clubs
with an Optical Center; may vary by location and is subject to state
laws.
